The lady in charge does not respond quickly or at all for that matter. When something was wrong in the house they would come fix it but it wasn't done good. For example the house is shifting and causing the front door to be very hard to close and lock. They sent a guy out and he shaved off a bunch of the door so they would close.

When I moved in, there were two large stains on the carpet that were not there when I first viewed the unit that appeared to be from all of the people who viewed the unit tracking in snow/mud/salt/etc. Thankfully, I had my own carpet steam cleaner and was able to get rid of the stains for the most part. When originally viewing the unit, the electricity was all off so there were no lights for me to see the countless scuffs, scratches, stains, and just straight up dirt on the walls. The paint itself was quite possibly the cheapest, most garbage paint they could have ever bought, and they apparently only put a single thin layer on the walls. Just brushing up against the walls would result in marks, scuffs, etc. Additionally, there were dozens of holes left over from the previous tenants' picture frames and whatnot that were not filled or painted over.

Just be careful, I would hate for anyone else to be taken advantage of. This home has just been remodeled and is ready to lease! All new carpet, new interior paint, new plank flooring, and remodeled bathroom. Kitchen has gas stove and comes with a refrigerator "as is". Good size living room and bedroom and a nice walk in closet for all of your extras. Centrally located in North Kansas City so an easy commute downtown.

Rented from this company for a year, will NEVER do so again. When I moved in, it was discovered that my heat pump wasn't working. He claimed the fact that it had a new A/C unit should offset the costs (it didn't, my summer electricity bills were higher than ever). He even outright refused to change my thermostat to a non-heat pump thermostat (you can't program a schedule for emergency heat so it's either always on or always off). He also claims to have been fully aware of the issue for months prior to my move-in, which means they just didn't even bother to point out this huge problem. This is only the beginning of their scummy practices.
